Concept and Schematic Design for Brazilian hotel brand involving a 14-floor hotel with 350 apartments, convention center, shopping center, restaurants, multi-use arena, parking, to be developed in partnership with one of the most prestigious sports clubs in Brazil.

 

This distinguished project will be a landmark in the revitalization of a large area in the East Side of São Paulo, bordering the main access road to São Paulo International Airport (Guarulhos) and main access routes to Rio de Janeiro and the north of the country.

 

A helicopter connection will link the development with the club's football stadium, creating a complete experience.
