Scope: Concept Design

Feasibility study carried out for a fractional hospitality brand, this project will contain 121 apartments between 40 and 60 sq. mts., all with sea views, on land located in Guaiuba beach, in the coastal town of Guarujá.

 

The brief also includes a water park, restaurant, pool bar, beach bar, fitness center and other operational areas.
